What issue of The New European is included with the box?

The current issue of the newspaper will be included with the box based on the date of despatch.

How does the subscription box work?

You will receive the first issue of your subscription in your box the 3 subsequent issues will be be despatched on the day of publication.

Payment and cancellation terms for the Newspaper Subscription

The Subscription Contract is between you and us and you can choose between a four week subscription and a 13 week subscription. Each subscription can be purchased by a one-off payment or on a recurring payment basis.

By purchasing a 4-week Subscription with the recurring payment option you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive 4 week periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive 4 week period. Unless otherwise notified you will be charged at the subscription rate you signed up on. If for any reason your subscription rate is changed this will be communicated to you via email in advance together with details on how to cancel should you not wish to continue.

Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive 13 weeks, and your payment method will automatically be charged. Unless otherwise notified you will be charged at the subscription rate you signed up on. If for any reason your subscription rate is changed this will be communicated to you via email in advance together with details on how to cancel should you not wish to continue.

To cancel please contact us at least seven days prior to your next issues publication date and we will cancel your subscription. This can be done via email at help@tnesubs.co.uk or call 01603 772738.

We may terminate the agreement at any time and you will receive a refund for any newspapers paid for but not delivered.

Is there a delivery charge?

UK delivery is included in the price of the box as is the postage of any subsequent issues of the newspaper included in the box subscription offer.

The New European newspaper orders/subscriptions will have a delivery charge per issue of 50p to the UK, £4 to Europe and £6 to ROW.

Do you deliver overseas?

The New European newspaper can be delivered overseas. We currently do not deliver The New European Box overseas.

When will my box arrive?

Orders will be despatched within 3 working days of receipt of order, delivery can take up to 3 days from this date.

What is in the box?

The full contents of your box is listed below please note in exceptional circumstances we may need to substitute a product with a item of a similar nature and value;

*If you suffer from allergies please check ingredients listing before consuming. Don’t skip this step; you are responsible for what you eat.

When will you charge my card?

Your account is debited once you’ve placed an order.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, our credit card subscription payment system is secure and online transactions are verified by Shopify Payments. Any information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission. All Direct Debit details are collected on an SSL certificated secure connection and passed to our subscription house by Secure FTP (SFTP) and encrypted.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order – please contact our customer care team at help@tnesubs.co.uk or call 01603 772738. You will not be refunded for any boxes that have been dispatched already.

I haven’t received my box/newspaper?

Please contact our customer care team at help@tnesubs.co.uk.

I didn't like one of the products I received. Can I exchange it for a different product?

We don't offer exchanges for products received but we do encourage sharing with friends if you think a product is not the right product for you.

What is your return policy?

You can return your box until the end of the 7th working day after we deliver your box. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information about returns. Any returns will be at your cost.
