These terms apply to all users if this website and any other website operated by other companies in the same group ("Group Companies"). If you do not accept these terms then you should immediately stop using this website. Your use of the website confirms your acceptance of these terms.

We cannot guarantee that you will always be able to access the website; we will not be liable to you for any interruption or delay that you experience in accessing the website, whatever the cause.

This site provides links to other websites. These links are for your convenience only and do not signify that we endorse or have any responsibility for the content of or any transactions that you enter into relating to those linked sites.

This website is made available on the basis that there are excluded, to the extent permitted by law, any terms implied by statute or otherwise and all liability for any loss or damage however it arises out of the use of this website.

We reserve the right to make changes to any part of the Website. It may therefore be necessary to change these Terms and Conditions. If We do change the Terms and Conditions, We will update the date above. If You use any of the Website after We have published such changes, You will be agreeing to be bound to those changes. If You do not agree to be bound by the changes then You should immediately stop using the Website.

The Website and/or the services contain content owned by Archant. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws. Archant owns and retains all rights in the Content and the Website and the Services. Archant hereby grants You a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable licence to reproduce and display the Content (excluding any software code) solely for Your personal, non-commercial use in connection with viewing the Website and using the Services.

The Website and the Services contain content owned by Users and other licensors (“Third Party Content”). Except for Content posted by You, You may not, unless specifically authorised by Archant in writing, copy, modify, translate, publish, reproduce, commercially exploit, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any content appearing on or through the Website or the Services. Registration

Where any part of the Website requires that You register in order to use it, You are obliged to provide accurate and complete registration information. It is Your responsibility to update and maintain any changes to that information (including Your e-mail address) by altering Your details as appropriate.

Registration is at Your own risk and We will not be liable for any unauthorised transactions made using Your user name, pin number or password.

By choosing to receive newsletters you authorise Archant Community Media Limited to contact you with the latest offers and other special deals from this site. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Payment and cancellation terms for the Newspaper Subscription

The Subscription Contract is between you and us and you can choose between a four week subscription and a 13 week subscription.  Each subscription can be purchased by a one-off payment or on a recurring payment basis.

By purchasing a 4-week Subscription with the recurring payment option you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive 4 week periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive 4 week period. Unless otherwise notified you will be charged at the subscription rate you signed up on. If for any reason your subscription rate is changed this will be communicated to you via email in advance together with details on how to cancel should you not wish to continue.

By purchasing a 13-week Subscription with the recurring payment option, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive 13 weeks, and your payment method will automatically be charged. Unless otherwise notified you will be charged at the subscription rate you signed up on. If for any reason your subscription rate is changed this will be communicated to you via email in advance together with details on how to cancel should you not wish to continue.

To cancel please contact us at least seven days prior to your next issues publication date and we will cancel your subscription. This can be done via email at help@tnesubs.co.uk or call 01603 772738.

We may terminate the agreement at any time and you will receive a refund for any newspapers paid for but not delivered.

Payment terms for the TNE Box

Full payment must be made at the time of ordering the TNE Box.

Sales and Services

A contract for us to supply you with goods or services will only be created when we accept your order (which we may do in writing, by email or by fulfilling that order). Goods and services advertised on this website may not actually be available when you place your order as we reserve the right to withdraw services at any time. We will endeavour to deliver goods and provide services on the basis and in accordance with the timescales mentioned on this site but time shall not be of the essence of those arrangements and we will have no liability if we are delayed in or prevented from providing the goods/services by factors beyond our control.

Products

The images of the products on the site are for illustrative purposes only. Your products may vary slightly from those images. Amongst other things, although we have made every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of the colours accurately reflects the products.

The packaging of the products may vary from that shown on images on the website.

All products shown on the site are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not available.

You must be 18 or older to purchase from us. If you order alcohol from us, you need to ensure that a suitable adult aged 18 or over will be there to receive the order.

Allergens

Some products may contain nuts and/or other ingredients that could be hazardous for some individuals. Please exercise appropriate caution.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are suitable if you have any allergies.

Delivery of TNE Box

Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation, unless there is an event outside our control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our control, we will try to contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. Please see our FAQs for more information about delivery.

Where you have selected delivery to your address, delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us.

If no one over the age of 18 is available to take delivery at your address when we attempt delivery, we will use reasonable efforts to comply with any reasonable requests you gave us in connection with this eventuality (for instance delivery to a neighbour) and if we are able to comply then that will count as completion of delivery. If we are unable to comply, or if no request had been made or if delivery fails because you gave incorrect address details, the products will be taken to one of the collection points, and you will need to go there to collect them. Products will not be re-sent or re-delivered in these circumstances.

The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

You own the products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges and we confirm your order.

We reserve the right not to deliver to all locations. We also reserve the right not to accept orders from any customer.

Returns of TNE Box

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel certain contracts for non-perishable products under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014) at any time until the expiry of the 7th working day after the date of delivery of the products.

The cancellation right does not apply in the case of any products made to your specification or clearly personalised or in respect of products that include perishable goods such as tapenade.

To exercise this cancellation right, where applicable, please contact us in writing to tell us by sending an e-mail to help@tnesubs.co.uk or by sending a letter to TNE Subs, Archant House, Rouen Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1RE. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the e-mail or posted the letter to us.

You will receive a full refund, on the credit card or debit card you used to pay, of the price you paid for the products and any applicable delivery charges you paid for. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation as described above.

You must return the products to us as soon as reasonably practicable. If the products require collection, we will collect the products from the address to which they were delivered. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection. Unless the products are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us or, where relevant, the cost of us collecting the products from you. You have a legal obligation to keep the products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

Where applicable, details of your legal right to cancel and an explanation of how to exercise it are provided in the dispatch confirmation.

Returns of TNE Newspaper

Unfortunately Newspapers can not be returned.

Law and Jurisdiction

Your use of this website, these terms and any matters arising are subject to the laws of England. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England. Save as specifically provided otherwise, this website is targeted only at, and goods and services are only available to, UK residents. 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Archant, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, demand, claim or legal proceedings brought or threatened, including expenses of any character suffered or incurred arising out of Your use of the Website or the Services in violation of this Agreement, and/or arising from Your use of or conduct on the Website or in use of the Services and/or a breach of this Agreement.
